Nicole is a Senior UX Designer at The Home Depot supporting the Finance and HR spaces. She has an extensive finance and accounting background that has allowed her to ground running with her team and business partners. In her spare time, Nicole is the owner and organizer of the UX Helpers meetup group in Atlanta. She also serves as a mentor to future and junior UXers.

Sharon joined The Home Depot in 2019 to manage UX in Corporate Support (HR & Finance) and Payments. During that time, she has grown the team and helped evolve strategies and innovate through the creation of Path to Pro Network and the Associate Experience. She now holds the title of Director of User Experience at The Home Depot.Prior to working with The Home Depot, Sharon worked in multiple industries (Automotive, Payments, Finance, Hospitality, Media) building and developing UX teams, experience strategies, physical and digital products. She has two daughters, two dogs and one kitten. When not hiking with the daughters, dogs and kitten (yes, he has a harness and leash) she enjoys acrylic painting while listening to indie folk and rock music.

James Dunckley is a Lead Product Designer at Walmart. His passion for design and ability to find simple solutions to complex problems has defined his 15 year career. James earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and also attended General Assembly’s UX Immersive Bootcamp. James is currently an active member of UX Helpers and IxDA.
